Welcome to the neverending summer, or informally known as Spirit Art and Music Festival. It is a summer long festival held on the outskirts of San Francisco. Twenty three years ago, a man with an extensive farm and no animals decided to hold a sort of recreation of Woodstock, except this would last from the end of May to September. It hasn't come into commerical fame, and that's what the organizers want. Indie bands from all over attend and play. It's where some of them get their start, and where some of them end.
As much as Spirit is a hippie fest, as the more conservative residents of San Fran would say, it has it's share of drama. Indie bands, mean that drugs dealers will follow them, looking for their next deal, and their next victim. Summer relationships have to deal with the stress of thousands of other people around their loved ones, and that's just the beginning. Spirit Festival is a party scene, drugs are about as common as grass, and so is a good time. However, the hippies don't like the trust fund rich kids who have tried to come infiltrate their safe haven way of life. Tensions rise, although they try and steer clear of each other these days. Will you survive.
