[/font][/center]Dresden -- capital city of Saxony, and a metropolitan hot spot in Germany. Located on the scenic banks of the River Elbe, Dresden is a town full of beauty, elegance, and quite a lot of history. Once a center of modern art, it transformed into a city of industry once the Second World War finished. However, this was not easy after the bombing that took place within it's walls, which destroyed almost everything they held inside -- people, buildings, nature -- it all fell to ruins. To this day, such a horrible event remains one of the most controversial Allied actions of the Western European theater of war. But, slowly but surely, Dresden was rebuilt, with quite a lot of changes made to it. Though, mysteries lurk around every corner. Vampires, werewolves; and such things lure the innocent to the darkened allies. New sights rose from the ashes, making the city more beautiful then ever before. Despite there is still quite a lot of work to be done to return Dresden to it's former glory, it remains a major cultural center of historical memory, attracting people from all over the world to tour the ancient city.
