EIKO . LOVE IT.
Israel Eiko founded the city of Eiko a mere 100 hundred years ago. Though several things have changed, on thing is true. Once you come here, you don’t leave the same.
The original city was only a small school, a few houses, and a bank. No grocery, no nothing. If you wanted something Eiko did not have you had to go elsewhere for it. Though as Eiko persisted for his dream town to become a living legend that would forever go down in history, things did go in the wrong direction for him. Though at the time, no one would have known, but he had lung cancer. Living just long enough to see his small settlement grow enough to skim 100 people.
His two sons were determined to have the settlement grow into something grand. After 25 years of the city being there it really began to grow. While the local city of, San Francisco was beginning construction on the Golden Gate Bridge, Eiko was growing into a very popular city after all. Over nine hundred thousand lived in the small town and it kept getting bigger. But as soon as the cities get large, the more problems happen. Gangs, and several other things began to pop up and out of the city.
The Harper Institute of Education, sought out the city and wanted to place a school right in Eiko. The school was built for the smart kids that really wanted to go somewhere in life, such as being a president or a very well known scholar. It was about a year before the school was really up and going, and the reason it took so long it because they wanted to try new things. Add dorms, pools, and even more areas in study for students to sign up in. Once the school was complete, kids were offered scholarships to the school and at once, it became a very prestigious school.
As the years grew on, the college was transformed into a high school, but the thing is, if you live in New York, you could still go to Harper High because of the dorms. So its uncommon to be going to school for four years with someone from Idaho or so on. The school now has its share of jocks, Barbie’s, suicide packs, artists, musicians, and more kids. Parents and teachers don’t know the have of what the kids do on their free time, and most don’t care. As long as they are shaped into their ideal ‘form’ that’s what society wants.
Eiko is still growing, what will become of the city and school? Who knows. . . .
