1st Annual Quit Bein' A Dummy Speech

First off I wanted to say welcome to all of our new members and thank god you have all posted in claims so I don't have to bitch about that. However I do have some other things to talk about.


I've noticed that a lot of icons from photobucket are going to "Bandwidth Exceeded" make sure to save them to your account because that will save Ms. Kalian from being pissed off and going and finding you a new icon. I am happy to help if you want 200x200 icons for signature all you have to do is ask. Also please make sure that all avatars are 100x100, that doesn't mean you put in a picture and put the width and length as 100x100. It means that you have an icon that measures in 100x100. I know I'm being a bitch about this but it just makes the site look a bit cleaner.

On roleplay. I have started a thread in Random Chat, where I will put all open threads. You can always go look in there because I try and update it every once and a while. Also a good way to get people excited about roleplay is when you post in their plots and you post SOMETHING INTERESTING. Don't just post "I bumped into him in the hallway and that was it," post something racy and interesting, but don't push them out of their character's personality. Also, messenger threads are a great way to get your character into things. Check out the Character Request board because I know there are some plots that need people.

I know that I have many many many characters, but I do make a point to get on their account and try to reply to open threads, start some, or post in ships. Some people with just two characters aren't making that effort. I know that muses die, but start small with a messenger threads and maybe it will work.

I'm trying to get some events for the characters organized so I will try and get all that info posted as soon as I can. I might request for some help on these projects because I've had the flu for the last week and missed a week of school so I'm not sure how much time I will have next week.

Last but not least. I'm about to clean up some of the plot boards, that means deleting some of the replies that people have made. Just because some of them are stretching your pretty posts. Hopefully none of you are emotionally attached to them. Also threads that are finished, I'll make an archive for them. If you have a thread that is finished please send me the link so that I can move it there.
