The world has long been wrought with battles, wars of mankind versus every enemy that could possibly be imagined, including themselves. Mutants have been the greatest threat to homo-sapiens for years, and yet nothing has happened to the ever-increasing concern. No weapon, save the sentinels, has proven effective, and even then, machine turned on maker. Disaster after disaster...
Finally there is hope of some kind of peace. There have been talks, agreements within the mutant community and within the human community. They are prepared to sit in the same room, or to casually ignore one another - that has not yet been decided upon. Still, there is finally hope in sight, and a chance for all those who are different to become accepted.

Rumours have begun to circulate, in the last few months. Rumours of a mutant gone mad. Rumours of human treachery. Deceit and pockets of ill-will are forming, and the fragile balance is slipping away from those who have chased it for so long.
It is up to them to fight for it once again, stand up for their believes, this time with the new generation in the wings.
