Lane Johnson was born in the busy city of New York City. Her parents we students of NYU and had met over the dust books of the library. After getting pregnant with twins, they married and continue on with school, soon getting slightly successful in law. As their young daughter had shown potential as a musician early in life and quickly took up the cello. Though her life seemed perfect, her parents soon divorced and she was forced to move to London with her mother.
Growing up her and her twin, Robin, were very close. They spent most of there lives playing together and being each others only friends, but when the split happened they were separated. Sometimes she felt that she could feel his pain across the Atlantic. As time wore on, she only spent summers in the states and she and her brother has grown apart. Being a only child in a different country is hard.
Her mother soon remarried after the move to London to a business man named Richard, a man who really only cared about Lane liking him until he sealed the deal with her mom. After the wedding he was focused on getting Amy to himself and getting Lane out of the picture, after many failed attempts he just began to ignore the child. Though, her mother is completely clueless to this fact, she think everything in nice and fine in her family. Losing her brother then her mother, but she still kept her head up and practiced hard at both Cello and guitar, hoping that one would get her out of the house one day.
It wasn’t long before her longing for leaving was for filled, the second she was old enough, Richard had her sent off to Hoffman. He probably would have picked a place farther away, but Amy would not hear of it. { am I losin' way too much
personality If you have ever met an extremely happy kid, then you have only seen a portion of this girls spunk. Her explosive personality may sometime out of control, and may leave you dumbfounded and confused, maybe even scratching your head. Her hipped up nature leaves her cry baby twin in the dust as she runs circles around the emo, when she sees him. Though she picks on him, she loves him very much and is somewhat lost without him. Cloaking the pain from the loss of him with a bright smile that never seems to dim. The brightness of her brown eyes may hide the sadness of a once lost child who had put her life back on track, by using music she finds her happy medium.
Lane is hardly ever serious when it comes to school work, unless its her music classes, and its hard to see how she maintains C's or above. In fact, she’s never serious about anything, except for her Cello. Her day is not for filled until she’s made a few people laugh. So if you don't laugh, and least fake it or she will act like an idiot until you are pissing your pants and crying tears of joy on the floor. Lane makes herself happy for the sake of others, if everyone was sad all the time life would be dull, and that just won't cut it in her world. Always seeing the bright side of any situation, she is tactful, and also very forgetful at the same time, and sometimes even a bit of a day dreamer.
As a 17 year old she remains a overgrown kid at heart. As the in mature cellist of Hoffman she has gained no grueling title, but its only her junior year. She is, unlike other students, dreading graduation. She really has no life plan, just her guitar and cello lay in her future. A Life of music, now thats a life for her, maybe she would go to collage and learn to be a music teacher, thought he though of that makes her life feel dulled down, and as I said before, that won't cut it. Her determined mind makes her also a very stubborn, thick headed person, she won't give up until she has nothing left, or passes out on her history book. Though happy on the outside, and sad with in, she can't help but think that there is something else missing, something dangerous.
likes Vampirism, Music, Boys, Anything she may like at that time dislikes Fakes ambitions To become the best Cellist she can. fears Spending her days alone.

Lane basically wheres what she likes, sometimes things she doesn’t to make her mother happy. Since her hair is a light blond color she often mixes different off the wall colors in it. She wars mainly band tees and jeans, some times a skirt here and there. Lane basically has a normal, but individual, style by throwing off the simplest of outfits with loud colored shoes.

A mat of blond popped out from under the maroon bed spread as a pale hand slammed down onthe alarm clock. “Shut the hell up.” she said as she pulled the covers back over her face. Lane had spent most of the weekend out with friends, and she got a little tipsy the night before and the screaming sound sent pain threw her skull as did the light of the room. Moments later the chocolate eyes fluttered open and some how she forced her self up and out of the twin size bed. “Just another day.” she mumbled with a yawn as she peered out her dorm window over the grounds. Lane had not yet received a roommate, she was staring to think that she may be lucky this year and not have to share the space with anyone.
Lane went threw her morning routine: she showered, did her loud make up, dressed, and gathered her sheet music for class. She looked over herself once more in the mirror, her jeans were tight and a very bleached blue color, and she had placed a tight black 69 Eyes shirt on her torso. “It will be a good day. She said happily. “If this freakin headache would go away.” she said loudly as she threw her hands over her face. “Never again!” she said as she slid on her trademarked, large blue sunglasses and walked out the door.
The sun was dim and the fall air was damp, this meant major friz city for her freshly straightened hair. She may have to pull a Mat Devine later and pull out the HIM beenine she kept in her messenger bag. She lightly walked over the lush grass of the grounds. Going to school her was like being at collage, except you could get away with more, well it seemed like it. She never really found herself as a rule breaker, but she had always thought about it. If she got kicked from the school that ment she had to go back and live with her mom and Richard and that meant he would find a place father for her to go, and this time it would work. He would convince her mother she was a trouble maker and have her put out of the picture for good. After a good ways walk she finally reached her destination, Strings. She had come a bit early today to work on her end of the grading period project, write your own piece. She found this task farely easy, but she was really wanting to push the limits this time. Really step up her game. Lane lightly flipped the blond out of her brown eyes as she placed her sheet music on the stand. “Lets do this bitch!” she said cracking her fingers before picking up the light blue lead pencil and began her master piece. Soon she was gripping the neck of the cello lightly and lightly fingering over the motions before lightly playing them softly to the empty room.
