Although it would be impossible for anyone to tell, Blake was not born in England. He was born in Canada, though he only lived there until he was three and his parents decided to move back to England, where they grew up. He doesn’t remember anything of what Canada had been like, considering he had just been a toddler when he was there, but he has always been interested in going back and seeing what it is like.

His parents bought a small house near Canterbury. It was where he spent his childhood. He hadn’t gone to a school when he was younger, his parents had chosen to home school him. Blake hadn’t known his father very well as his father was always off doing business. But being homeschooled allowed his parents to make sure he was brought up all right, and the results were now obvious, not always in a good way. Blake has never touched alcohol and drugs, and never intends to. As he didn’t go to a public school until he was fourteen, he hardly had any close friends, which is the reason he is quiet and doesn’t easily approach others.

Blake finally went to a public school when he was fourteen, as his mother got a job and wasn’t able to keep up with home schooling. As his parents were quite busy, they enrolled him at a school not far from where he lived. At first, Blake hadn’t fit in at all. He didn’t know anyone else, and didn’t quite fit in with the crowds. He made a few friends, but they hadn’t been real close friends. He’d been introduced to a school containing other teens that were heavily into drugs, alcohol, gossip, stereotypes, and basically everything he is not used to.

After about two years in that high school, his parents decided to enrol him at Hoffman Academy. One of their friends had some kids at the Academy and had lots of great things to say about it. As Blake always liked to sing and had interest in singing, they decided to take that further at the Academy. Blake had made a few outside friends that were also into music to help him get into singing and some voice lessons. Luckily, Blake had found out he fit in quite well when he first arrived to the Academy.

Blake is a nice guy. It’s generally what everyone thinks of him. When trying to describe how Blake is, many would say he is quiet, friendly and considerate. He always considers others before himself. Although he is a bit quiet, it doesn’t necessarily mean he is very shy. He tends to keep to himself and doesn’t speak unless spoken to. Upon meeting him, many would wonder how exactly Blake is a singer as with first impressions, many people would assume he is very shy. He can have a problem with getting overly nervous, especially in front of large crowds of people he doesn’t know.

Blake is like a ‘perfect gentleman’. He doesn’t take advantage of others and is not selfish at all. He always tries to do things that benefit others. He is very thoughtful and caring, though Blake does tend to trust people sooner than he should. He has never been back stabbed by a friend and can be unaware that others can easily turn on him as he tends to put too much trust in people that he shouldn’t. He hasn't had a problem with that yet, but that doesn't mean that he never will.

Blake can seem a bit clingy, or just over friendly. He is often quick to try to make friends, often with the wrong people. Even if he just meets someone in passing, he will always try to stop by and say hi to them or see how they are. Once he gets your phone number and screen name, he can get a bit annoying to some people, as in person he can be very quiet, but if it’s over email or aim, he won’t stop talking to you. To some girls Blake has always seemed like the good friend that they can confide in, and nothing further than that. Many people trust him and often come to him for advice if he is a good friend, because he is very honest.

Blake doesn’t have a specific style. He tends to wear clothing that’s comftorable and somewhat ‘in style’ rather than sticking to clothing brands or certain types of clothing. He is quite often seen wearing simply jeans and a t-shirt or jacket. He is also often seen wearing a toque or some type of hat, or even the hood of his hoodie. He doesn’t really pay attention to brand names, he just buys and wears whatever is most comfortable for him. Although he doesn't always pay attention to styles and how he looks, he always makes sure his appearance is respectable.

The sports field was probably the last place anyone thought they would see Isaac. He wasn't the type to come out and shoot hoops or anything like that, but he had nothing else to do and as it was the weekend, he had no classes so he wasn't going to get a detention for skipping. He didn't know where anyone was, and since he had lost his cell phone he had no way of calling anyone even if he had their phone number. So, since he had found a soccer ball in the dorm hallway and no kids around to claim it, he had taken it out to the sports field.

Soccer was a sport Isaac enjoyed, though he never really played on a team for it. He was pretty good with the basics and had good ball control, but would never be good enough for a team. He had no interest in playing for a team anyway. So there he was, looking to be the most nonathletic person out there with his slightly ripped jeans and hoodie on. It was hard to play soccer in the snow, but it seemed one end of the field had been mostly shoveled off so some kids could play football or soccer or something. The snow wasn't too deep near the goal anyway, snow drifts seemed to have pushed most of the snow to the sides. Isaac didn't think he would be out there for long anyway; it was getting really cold out and the dark clouds ahead looked like they were in for some snow.

Isaac dropped the slightly deflated soccer ball down to the frozen ground and unenthusiastically dribbled it towards the goal. This would be a bit unexciting; there was no goalie nor was there anyone else playing but it was something different to do. Isaac was almost out of money and had no more alcohol left; he'd have to find out another way to get it. Or to even get money; he would be miserable without it.
