{ you know you could've been a wonder
character’s name Jack Christan Jameson. gender dude. discipline voice-rock. age seventeen. sexuality gay.
{ comes home on call, isn't that peace,
history Jack grew up in a small town in northern Ohio, where his dreams always seemed so much bigger. He was born in June to Oliver and Christine Jameson. He was the fifth youngest in a family that had six children. Six children with six distinct personalities. His mother was a nurse, while his father worked as a doctor at the hospital in the city. He had four older brothers, and one younger sister. The order went Parker, Hayden, Wesley, Zander, then there was Jack. After him, came his younger sister Caden. Growing up in this packed household was quite an experience. There was always something to do and someone to hang out with. He spent a lot of time with Zander and Wes, as well as Caden. He was closest in age to his younger sister and very protective over her from the beginning. He and his siblings played all sorts of different games, randing from football, to capture the flag, to tag, to whatever they could think of. He had a very fun childhood.
From the very beginning, everyone could see that Jack was a daring, wild little one. He was always the one to suggest an adventure or the one to suggest they do something against the rules. Sometimes, he could convince Caden to color on the walls with him or venture into the woods behind the house to search for lions or whatever. He always hated his parents telling him he couldn't do something or couldn't go somewhere. It was like an invisible restraint and he just wanted to do his own things. As he grew older, this independent streak grew as well. He spent a lot of his time in his room with his guitar and keyboard, or out with his friends doing who knew what. His parents often got calls from teachers that Jack was disrespectful during class or he refused to do something. He skipped school a lot to.
He heard often that he was dragging his life into the ground, partying too much and not worrying about school. Jack always knew he wanted to have a career somewhere in music though. He hated more than anything people telling him he couldn't succeeed. He was determined to prove them all wrong. He wrote his own music a lot, and his own lyrics. He played guitar and keyboard relentlessly, but mostly sang. He has an amazing voice and isn't afraid to show it off. He was in a band his freshmen year, but his big chance never came here to Hoffman. The choice was mostly his parents, though Jack agreed. All agreed that a change of scene and people might change his attitude and give him a fresh start.
Jack came out of the closet about his sexuality when he was a freshmen. While his family was shocked to say the least, since Jack seemed like such a little player, they were also surprisingly warm about it. His brothers didn't treat him any differently. His dad was a little weird about it at first but soon grew to accept that his son was still the same boy he had always known. Jack is very open about his sexuality and isn't afraid to admit he likes boy and not girls. Doesn't bother him a bit and as for everyone else, who cares?

{ am I losin' way too much
personality Jack was blessed with the gift of words. Meaning that he always seems to know just what to say at the right moments. He is hardly ever tongue-tied and has a way of persuading people with just his smooth-talk. An alluring, little smile doesn't hurt either. He can seem to a be a bit on the manipulative side, just because he knows what he wants, will do anything to get it, and won't stop till he does have what he wants. Of course, this charm of his is all very natural. He has been working it since he was about nine, realizing what effect the right words could have. He knows how to appreciate how someone looks, and isn't afraid to be a gentlemen and hold open a door or pay for dinner. He is quite a flirt and will be the first to admit it. Hell, he's extremely gay yet he still flirts with girls. He tends to jump from relationship to relationship, or stay single and have little flings left and right. He hasn't found the right boy to snare his heart, but is afraid that day will come soon.
Jack hates feeling vulnerable. He likes the feeling of being in control of a situation, not because he loves power, but because he wants to control his own life. This is one reason he hates being told what to do. All his life he has listened to his parents, teachers, peers, and a number of other people tell him what he is doing wrong and how he could make his life better. After a while, he just grew sick of it. It made him more rebellious than he already was. Of course, he does know when the listening rule applies, especially when it comes to his job or his friends. He has respect for both those things and understands the importance of each in his life.
For the most part, Jack is pretty goofy. He doesn't care what people think about him, whether they love him or hate him. He just wants to live his life the way he wants, as the person he is. He can easily put a smile on someone's face with his random, far-fetched stories or his wild antics. Many would describe him as daring, or reckless. He tends to not think twice before he does something, and just jumps right into it. He likes to take chances because he doesn't want to look back on his life and have regrets. He tries to live each moment to the fullest, even if it means doing something entire stupid. He does like making people laugh, though. He has always like that and is considered the class clown in school, as well as the heartbreaker.
He comes off as arrogant to some people, and truthfully, he is. And furthermore, Jack just doesn't care. He likes himself. He has confidence. Why not show it off? Many people don't see the other side of him, the side that is sweet. He is very caring towards his friends and those he loves very much. If he would ever give it a chance, Jack would make a very caring and sweet boyfriend. Just because he tends to put his heart into everything he does. He doesn't want to become a failure, because that's exactly what he has always been told he would amount to. He has set out to prove them all wrong.

{ my darling you look lovely
portrayed by? Alex Evans. eyes ocean blue. hair black. height 5'5". style Jack could probably wear a garbage bag and look good. Of course, he has more style than that. He usually wears band tee-shirt and tattered jeans. He has about a million pairs of shoes but his favorite are his limegreen colored hightop converse and his checkered vans. He also likes graphic shirts, with pictures and random saying on them. That, and sunglasses. You can never own enough pairs of sunglasses.
{ and I'm telling you why
your name Nichole. age eighteen. years of roleplay two and one half. code sentence if you like pina coldas and getting caught in the rain!! [yes, i do. xD] other nope. sample post There she was. She looked just as beautiful as she always did. How anyone could manage to look so perfect, so angelic, was beyond Devin's knowledge. Her golden blonde curls fell softly to her shoulders, framing her pretty face. Her smile was infectious and bright, but her eyes were what had always drawn Devin in the most. They were a clear, hypnotizing blue and it seemed she could stop all the world with just one look. She was perfect in everyway and Devin knew they were meant to be. He had been watching after her for a long time now. She was smart and fun, clever and sweet. He had even managed to speak with her before. He was always finding excuses to talk to her. Whether it be on homework, a pop quiz, or what was for lunch that day. She was always kind to him, though Devin wasn't even sure she knew his name. Oh yes, she was absolutely wonderful. He wanted her so badly it hurt. He went to the football games just to watch her wear that bright smile and fill the crowd with the same energy that made her such a great person to be around.
There was only one problem. That was her boyfriend. The star quarterback of the football team and perhaps one of the most popular guys in school. Devin hated watching them together, just as he was now. There they were, just a few lockers down from him. He had his arms wrapped around her slim waist, kissing her neck, her lips, her forehead. It made him sick, because Dev knew it should have been him holding her like that. It should have been him who was loving her. He would give anything to see her look at him they way she looked at her stupid boyfriend, Carter Williams. If only she knew what Carter was really like. He didn't love her. He only wanted her because she was beautiful. Devin had heard him bragging about her in the gym locker room, or in the cafeteria at lunch. He would talk about how she adored him and how she looked up to him, when all he really wanted was to get her into bed. It toko everything Devin had not to hit him in the face.
The bell rang, signaling the start of classes, and Devin didn't move. He was still watching. He could hear locker doors slamming around him, the loud chatter of passing students. A few even shouted his name, his friends calling him to hurry up. Devin ignored them. He watched as Carter kissed her goodbye and ran off the class. What she didn't know, though, was that as soon as Carter turned that corner he would be all over another girl. Devin's hands tightened into tight fists. Why didn't she see he was much better for her? The hall was empty now, apart from the two of them. It was quiet and a feeling suddenly gripped over Devin that he could not ignore any longer. He had been waiting to this for such a long time. Now it, was finally time. A wicked smirk cross his lips, he walked the short distance from his own locker to hers. He leaned onto the locker next to her, folding his arms over his chest. " Hi." He greeted, grinning. She looked at him, surprised at suddenly seeing him there. Her eyes ran over his face for a moment before averting her eyes back to her locker. " Hey." She greeted, her voice full of false cheerfulness. Devin could tell from the tense movements of her body and the look in her eyes he scared her. Oh this just made everything so much better,. He could feel the power flowing through him, knowing this girl cowered at the mere prescence of him. It would make things so much easier.
" So I was wondering if you'd let me take you out sometime." He asked casually, moving to her other side to try to look her in the eyes. Still, she continued staring into her locker, pretending to rummage for books and paper. She shook her head, her golden curls tossing to each side. He admired her for that moment. God, she was beautiful. He wanted her. " I can't. My boyfriend wouldn't like that. Sorry." She answered. He chuckled darkly at the way she said 'boyfriend'. As though it was going to scare him away. She really didn't know anything about Devin, did she?
" That really wasn't the answer I was looking for." He said, his voice low. " And it doesn't seem your little boyfriend is around now..." He said quietly, moving closer. She had frozen now and he noticed a small shiver ran through her body. His fingertips brushed over her skin as he tucked a golden curl behind her ear. She slapped his hand away, taking a few steps back suddenly. Devin merely chuckled once more. " That wasn't very nice. I really thought I could convince you to like me...I've been wanting you for so long."
" Get away from me. Go." She said, trying to sound much stronger than she felt.
Devin rolled his eyes. " You can't think you'll get rid of me that easy. Hey, did you know that last weekend, your star boyfriend was shagging the class president? What's her name again? Miranda Clark?" Devin asked in a sarcastic taunting tone. She shook her head, disbelief on her face. " I know, I know. She's your best friend, right? Now why would they do that to you?" He continued. Devin placed his hands on either side of her arms and slammed her into the locker. " Can't you see they're no good for you?"
She had lost her voice and was now trembling, staring up at him with those wide, blue eyes he loved so much. He pressed himself closer to her, leaning in. " I could be eveything you need. Just give me the chance to show you." He whispered into her ear. His hand ran down her side and over her thigh, just wanting to feel her, to touch her after dreaming of it for so very long.
" N-no. Go away. I'll scream." She threatened. Devin was getting very angry. Why wasn't she listening to him. He clapped a hand over her pretty mouth.
" Scream for help now." He chuckled maliciously. There were frightened tears in her eyes now, and it gave him a feeling of more power. This girl was helpless. She was like a rag doll and his mere prescence scared her. It felt so good to finally be looked at that way, though all he wanted was for her to love him like he loved, and wanted her.
