{ comes home on call, isn't that peace,
history On a nice september day in Atlanta, Georgia, Mary and David Adkins welcomed their first daughter into their lives. She was a beautiful, happy baby they named Reagan Marie. As a small child she never cause much trouble, and rarely even cried. She really was the prefect baby, which was lucky for the young couple because their second daughter, Bevin, would not be as easy. After Bevin was born, no one in the house got much sleep, but Reagan was still quite easy to handle. Even when she learned to walk and talk she didn't cause trouble. She would entertain herself quite easily with whatever you handed to her. This gave her parents more time to chase the curious Bevin around. Once the two girls where older they where put in Kindergarten and pre-school respectively. Reagan took to art rather quickly and soon showed a lot of promise. Bevin, on the other hand found it much more fun to paint on the wall of the school rather than on her paper. Mary had to remove her from the school, due to her horrible behaivior.
When Reagan entered seond grade they put Bevin back in to Kindergarten, a year late. By this time she had clamed down a bit. She wasn't as easy to handle as her older sister, but she seemed to have moved past her destructive state. All through elementary school Reagan made average grades. It was nothing amazing Bs and Cs, though her art grades where never lower than an A. The teachers said she was learning disabled, but artistically gifted. Her parents didn't really care much for her artisitc talent and got her a tutor in an attempt to pull up her grades. It worked for a bit, but when Regan entered middle school she insisted they do away with the tutor. The last thing she needed was to be picked on for being 'slow'. So, instead of having a tutor she simply worked her but off studying to keep a B average in most of her classes. If she didn't her parents wouldn't have allowed her to take art, which would have devistated her beyond belief.
In her seventh grade year Regan's mother gave birth to her first son, Gavin. He, like Bevin, was quite the energetic baby and proved to be a lot of stress for Mary, seeing as she wasn't nearly as young as she had been when she dealt with Bevin. Reagan found herself being roped into baby sitting pretty much every night of the week while her parents when out for "away time". At this point Reagan's grades began to slip again. This was to be expected since she spent all of her spare time trying to keep her kid brother out of trouble. So, her parents took her out of art class, saying she simply wasn't trying hard enough. When that didn't bring her grades up by the end of her eighth grade year they had to face facts. Reagan was not going to be a atraight A student. So, They decided her art talent would need to be nurted nd none of the local schools really had the programs needed to do that. That was when her parents decided to send her to Hoffman Academy. Yes, it was expensive, but Reagan's exceptional protfolio got her there on almost a full ride.
Reagan was quite the agreeable person. Though, she didn't really want to go away to school she knew it would be best for art. Oh, and she didn't have to babysit gavin anymore. That was certainly a plus. When she arrived at the school her happy cheery personality made her easy to get along with a she made friends quite easily. Yeah, her fashion creations where a bit odd, but who cared? She was fun to be around and sweet as a bug in a rug. Most people swore she was never unhappy because they never saw her without a smile on her face. Yes, she did have her off days but they weren't very common. Up until the summer before senior year this is how Reagan was.
What changed her? Well, when she returned home that summer to spend time with her family she was introduced to the nextdoor neighbors who had a son a year older than her. He wasn't the clean cut kind that she usually went for, but something about the way he carried himself and that sly smirk her gave her when they met her was intriguing. Reagan began to hang out with him, going to hear local bands, shoot pool, things like that. His faovirte place to hnag was this little hole in the wall bar called the muse. There, among the borken beer bottles and pool tables, Reagan was first exposed to cocaine. It turns out that the guy she was falling for had vices, many of them. He tempted her, and she accepted, hoping to impress him. As the summer wore on she did more and more drugs and spent more and more time with him. She was happy as a lark, like usual, until, halfway through break, Jake overdosed. It was ruled a suicide and he was burried just a day later. Crushed, Reagan held her emotions in, not knowing how to express them. By the time she was to return to Hoffman Reagan was a completely different person. It wasn't just her hair color, or the interesting creations she called clothes. No, it was much much more.

personality
INSECURE;; Of all personality traits insecurity is the most common among teenage girls, though some cover it up better than others. Reagan isn't that good at hiding how she feels. Since she started here at John Maddison she's been trying to find her place. Recently this has lead her to dye her naturally blond hair black. This was a shock to most of the people she called her friends, but what came as even more of a shock was when their good-two shoes friend began doing drugs and having flings right and left. The term groupie would be very appropriate for her at this point in time. She tends to measure her worth on who she can get to sleep with her, and the higher her number gets the more guys she messes around with. Aparently what she does is never enough, and never will be. This is Reagan's major downfall. All she really wants is someone to love her... or like her at least. Though, she's not one who actually believes in true love, especially after some of the relationships she's been in. Well, they are in luck. She does, but she's being quite surpressed byt drugs, sex and self censorship. Why? Again no one really knows whats behind the sudden change in atitude. The summer after junior year Regan went home happy as a lark and came back rather subdued.
CREATIVE;; Reagan has been artistically inclined her entire life. When she was a small child her finger paintings where beyond what a 4 year old should have been able to do. Not quite the work of a prodigy, but quite good. Over the years she dabled in painting, sketching, photography, and fashion design. Recently she's ditched the painting and sketching, but the photogrpahy and design certainly stuck. The majority of the clothes she wears are designed, and made by her. Hence the odd pieces she wears on ocassion. Oh, and it's very rare for you to see her without a camera hung around her neck. If she's not couped up in her dorm sewing then she's off taking photos around campus. Don't be surprised if she's got a picture of you. It's not in a stalkerish way, or anything. It's just she likes to photograph people in their "natural habitats". Thats why she can sometimes been photographing sports events, like soccer or football. The more action that's involved the more of a challenge it is to get a good shot, and she's all about a challenge, as long it's not with another person.
SHY;; As a freshman Regan wasn't a shy girl at all, in fact she was quite the outgoing one. No one is really sure exactly what happened, but for some reason she has retreated into herself and doesn't really talk to many people unless she's intoxicated or high, and even then it's rare for her to say much. The only people she really opens up to are those who she's known since she started here, and not many of them still spend much time with her. Most of them find her sudden change of attitude to be quite odd. They all wonder if the old happy Regan even exists anymore. Well, she does. She's just surpressed by intoxication, sex, and self censoring. Why? Again no one really knows. The summer after her junior year Regan went home happy as a lark and came back rather subdued. So, If you happen to be one of her few friends that remained I wouldn't suggest you ask about what happened. You probably won't get answer, and if you do it won't make a bit of sense. You'd have to break down this shy facade she's built up around herself, and it would take someone awfully persistant and close to her to manage that.

{ my darling you look lovely
portrayed by? Samaire Armstrong eyes Brown hair Black height 5'8" style Reagan's sense of style is beyond crazy. You'll rarely see her weraing anything that isn't her own creation. With the exception of shoes, but even when it comes to shoed she adds her own twist. She likes bright colors and overly loud patterns. She can be see in sun dresses that don't quite match or pants and really look more like a skirt. Oh, and when it comes to accesories she can never have too many. lets put it this way, her sense of style hasn't become a fad quite yet, but in a couple of years people will be calling her a genius, just you wait. Everyone and their mother will want to weart their hair like her and buy her clothes, that is if they can afford them. Reagan is a trend setter in the making, just wait and see.
