{ comes home on call, isn't that peace,
history Through most of his childhood, Zander grew up like your conventional happy child, basking in the playground of rich French culture in Paris. The Dredlys lived in a bungalow on a hill, over-looking the sea. They are English by heritage, but money had allowed them access to high society and to buy a life in France for the whole family.
Zander had all the fun friends and a seemingly perfect family. He was young and naïve and didn’t see much of a storm brewing against the fabric of his family. Then the fights started when he was six – the fights between his parents. Gradually, young Zander learnt about his father’s womanising and unceasing partying. He never remembered that his father partied so hard before. Perhaps they were attempts to escape from reality, Zander didn’t know. It was when the beating started that scared him. Zander never knew his father would hit women, let alone his mother. They were supposed to be happily in love with each other.
Confused and shocked, the children were supposed to stick together through the rough patch, but Zander’s older sister started to detach herself from the family. Zander grew up then, watching his parents from upstairs during all of those violent nights. Apparently his father had met into financial distress and turned to all the vices one could think of – even drugs.
Three years later and mother left the family. She left the family with a mere letter of brief explanation. No hugs, no kisses, and no goodbyes. And no way of contacting her again. Perhaps she could take her husband no more, but Zander knew that without her the family felt like it was no more. Then Zander’s father decided to sell the bungalow and move back to Britain when the boy was just nine. Confused and hurt, a sadder and harder character emerged inside of Zander. He was definitely more cynical, and then there are insecurities and emotional vulnerabilities that he doesn’t like to show. Zander tried to drown himself with all of life’s pleasures (whatever that a young teenager and his friends could do), now that his father’s business was doing well again and he would have the financial backing to do so.
Although under-aged, Zander regularly crashed parties with his regular group of friends, mostly consisting of older kids. It was where he learnt about the wilder side of life. The older kids had flashy sports cars that they had no qualms to crash, flings and one-night-stands that would take days to list, and other party vices that they boast about. Besides the women, alcohol, smoking, and drugs were commodities at these parties. Zander never really was the bad kid initially; he just hung out with them, and then he started to emulate what they did.
Zander knew women early and had come to be known as a little bit of a player. Sometimes he got too emotionally attached and hurt, but he could never pull out of the vicious cycle. This however, has always been his secret – playing it cool and charming outside, but really hurting deep inside. Then again, Zander had resigned to the fact that his life would be like that. Oftentimes, his conquests with different girls are means to give each passing day some ounce of meaning. And Zander feels sure that he would never settle down in a marriage, because he is convinced that they don’t work. In a more sober manner, Pete expresses himself through dancing and photography.
Ever since he was fifteen, Zander and Ellinora Gray has been together by default, as assumed by their families for benefits undisclosed. Initially they were thought of as the perfect couple; both wealthy, popular, and good-looking. But Zander being Zander and hating obligations and responsibilities like an arranged union, has attempted to defy it by assuming the reputation of a player. Zander is a well-known flirt, but abhors one-night-stands. Perhaps its that bit of idealism left in him that still believes in something more than the need for sex. Sure, he usually assumes a detached coldness with Ellinora. But perhaps he cherishes intimacy with her more than he dares to admit to himself.

personality Adventurous One of the most clichéd advices that Zander swears by is that you only have one life, why not try everything once? There should be a first time for everything. Zander lives life everyday looking for opportunities to explore new experiences, irregardless of whether the adults label it bad or good.
Charming If one desires to be successful in this world, especially in Zander’s world, learning how to charm is a necessity. Whether it be useful to get into the teacher’s good books, the girlfriend’s parents’ good graces, and actually really just to get the girls themselves, charm is a necessary tool. Zander wears his playful devil-may-care attitude like a charm, with complements from his wild spontaneity.
Jealous Despite the ever-expanding circle of friends, Zander is amazingly selective and loyal to who he calls his family of friends. These are people who mean as much as family to him, and of whom he is jealous to affirm that they feel the same way too. He deems these affirmations through how they prioritise him in their lives, and how available they usually are whenever he wants them around. Depending on how much one means to Zander, his jealousy is usually extremely mild and quick to get over, unless you happen to be that girl that he has special feelings towards. Still, Zander is bent on self-restraint in this area because he hates to come off as needy and affected.
Prideful Needless to say, Zander is obnoxious to those he deems unfitting of his attention. That is to say that you’re either poor, ugly, dim-witted, uninteresting, or just too young.
Insecure Being at the top of his game is what keeps Zander from his insecurities. He is still at a phase in life where he constantly doubts his abilities and looks and social life, as if he can never be contented with how much he already has. Besides, when his mother left the family, she left him wanting of her motherly presence. As such, Zander usually attaches himself easily to older girls, something which he dislikes himself for doing so but cannot help it. Although Zander is good at masking his emotions, he is really rather sensitive towards how he is treated by those in his good esteem.
Artistic Far from being a logical person, Zander is talented in areas that require that special creative flair with original ideas. He prides himself for his writings and photography, and of course, jazz dancing. However, just as his mind has the capacity to be stretched to its extremes, Zander also has a very erratic spirit that deems him rather unpredictable. He usually gives in to whims and fancies when not lodged in self-control.

Gaspard Ulliel eyes brown hair dark brown height 6’1” style Usually decked out in formal suits because being a Dredly means an image of upper-class to upkeep, Zander adopts a preppy style of dressing even on his casual days, which includes expensive polo tees or jumpers. Not a massive fan of fashion itself, Zander is more interested in shoes, and has a mammoth collection of them.
{ and I'm telling you why
your name Sylvia age 19 years of roleplay 3 code sentence if you like pina coldas and getting caught in the rain other nil sample post Blake frowned a little in a slight grin. The girl had grown soft, and it was slightly puzzling to him. The thing with Brooke is, you know something will happen as long as she's interested. But you wouldn't know when and how. Or at least, it was like that for him. After their breakup a long time ago, the relationship has always been a confusing one. So much desire was still bottled up and raring to go, but so much sense of pull-back had emerged. It was like a game of tug-of-war.
Blake knew Brooke was also watching his moves, uncertain where he is going to take this to. In an amusing manner, he seems to be enjoying it. With those eyes of hers staring at him, its almost enough to turn him on without her actually touching him. The emotions had slowed to a calm between the both of them, but Blake still has a decision to make. And quickly at that. Casually, he slipped both hands behind the girl's lower back and allowed himself to lean closer towards her, resting his head slightly on her right shoulder.
With his nose slightly grazing Brooke's bare neck, Blake took in all that womanly scent of hers, shifting so that he could slightly bury his face in her hair.
"Brooke..." he started softly, and allowed his voice to trail off.
He didn't want to say anything, and he didn't want to think. Perhaps for once his soul should stop questioning his body. If he wanted to touch the girl, he would do just that. If she wanted to touch him back, then he'll allow himself the liberty to enjoy it. Nothing else should matter. He was confused with choices, so confused.
"All I want to think of now ..." he started nibbling at the girl's ear.
"... is how good it feels to have you here with me."
He would fall, but he didn't care. He would fly before he would fall. But flying would feel so damn good.
