While she says she's on her own
I'll be pacing on the phone
Taking numbers, taking names

It was amazing some of the things that you went through to get everything you wanted. Some days it seemed like there wasn't going to be enough time in the day to accomplish all you wanted, and needed to get done. Hopefully people didn't always feel this day, maybe only on times when you were working on a big project and your relationship was going down the drain. But Harmony these days seemed to hate the days for being so short. There wasn't enough time to do half the things that she needed to do. She would spend her night in the dorm room when she could, but she would go out to her step brother's house all the days she could to stay with Sadie. She didn't want to bring Sadie to her dorm room, and she didn't want her parents to pay for her to have an apartment so her step brother had kindly allowed Sadie to share the nursery with his daughter.
Then there was practice time. Which seemed to slip away faster than anyone could imagine. Classes almost seemed to long. Her private lessons or partner lessons with other girls seemed to drag on forever, and always seemed to cover things that she already knew and she didn't need to work on. They were missing all the important things that she needed help with. But she had patience a virtue that she never had before but she had certainly learned it with Sadie and with Hoffman. She would try and speed any process by lending a helping hand to a freshman. Don't even get her started on the relationship part of her life. She hadn't seen Liam in god knows how long. He'd left her a text on her phone which she had finally received and messaged him back but he was yet to reply. He'd come around though, he always did.
Right now she was just happy that she had some moments to herself. Her step brother had dropped her off at school after she spent the night at his house, she kissed Sadie hurriedly, she was late for class and she knew it. She promised her brother that she would stop by for supper. After a excruciating ballet practice she finally had one of the dance studios to herself to work on some of the things that she had been longing to work on. She slipped on her pointe shoes even if it did kill her feet just to keep them in that position for just an hour more. She would soak her feet and bitch about them later. She slipped her ipod into the dock and let the piano music fill the room. She wasn't really a fan of it, but when she was dancing it helped especially the sad stuff, the stuff that in her mind was easiest to dance to, to try and express what the composer was feeling at that moment. Gustav Mahler was her favorite at the moment, the piece that he had wrote for his wife when he thought she was dying got to her everyday. She thought it was to bad that Liam wasn't a song writer, so that he could write a piece of music like that. But some days she doubted if Liam even had that loving emotion in his body.
