[/blockquote][/blockquote]The courtyard was definately an interesting place for Callen to be hanging out. Then again her bad habits seemed to be the reason. Once again the girl was skipping. Man it was a good thing not many people liked talking to her in this town. She would be such a negative influence on the poor soul. It was ridiculous how crazy rebelling Callen was at moments. But oh well it really didn't matter now did it? She smiled, looking through some of the older pictures of her, Lacey, and probably some other friends she knew back in Chicago. It made her so sad that she could no longer talk to half of them. So how did this girl cope with the loss of her friends? New hair style. She got her extensions taken out, and got a large red stripe through the middle section.
Which is probably the reason she had her camera with her today. Smiling, she held up the camera infront of her face; making an interesting face. Before she took a picture of course. What a camera whore. But a loveable one. She took pictures of herself whenever she didn't have a photoshoot with someone else going on. She enjoyed taking pictures of other people. Photography was one way to capture the great things in life. Which Callen finally opened herself up to seeing. Why last year, she had been in Chicago; where everything seemed to just be down a hill into a ditch. She had been dating a pretty rough gangster named Carson. Not the brightest choice she's ever made. She lost a good friend named Angel because of the guy too. Not to mention he got another girl pregnant while dating her.
And do think, she could have stayed with Blaine who was such a sweetheart. Oh no, Callen back when she was 17 was so closed-minded. Surrounded herself with her gang members and no one with a true heart, that's what she did. Frowning, Callen squirmed as she stared at her camera. Staring at one of the old photos of her and Mj; with Carson in the background looking mad. Of course, classic friends of hers. Her and Mj looked like crazy girls while her ex looked mad to be near any of them. Figures, she finally knew exactly how much Carson hated Callen. Which in return, Callen despised him. Filthy asshole. That's all he was. And that's all he ever will be.
Sighing, Callen turned off the camera, closing her eyes as she drew in a shaky breath. Man this made her more lonely than ever. Too bad her the answer to her troubles couldn't just fall to the ground infront of her feet. Well that would be unlikely. For two reasons. One reason being she was sitting indian style on the cement ground; and the other reason being how answers don't just fall infront of you. If they did, Callen would already be surrounded by her old friends. Maybe even some new ones. Nope, all she had to do was take random pictures and watch the other people walking by. How...Boring.
