History: Just like you said, Harlan and Jagger are quite alike, but have their tiffs now and then. Harlan sometimes fights with Jagger about his crude attitude towards others all the time, and not using proper ettiqute, but it's instilled in the boy. Nevertheless, through their fights Harlan knows he can count on Jagger for anything, especially a good time.
Secret Thoughts: "Jagger is my main mate, always has been. We're two misfits who don't exactly fit in this place for our own reasons, and I think that's what made us so close in the first place. Although...I think coming from two completely different backrounds strains on us, just a bit. I just wish my parents weren't so bloody rich. It makes me feel terrible."
