Effy and Vanessa's relationship did not start out well. Vanessa's excuse for that was that she didn't know her well. They used to get into a lot of arguments about random things and though they might have enjoyed it, it started to get tiring. Vanessa finally decided, completely out of the blue, that she was going to be nice to Effy. It worked and the arguments ceased. Now it's like there past relationship didn't happen.
