Shoot the shotgun but the war is never won Who's the enemy, who's sucking on my sun? I'm the only one left now you've taken all my fun ___________________________________ ”My parents would probably have a heart attack truly. To think all these years, they thought I only hung out with the scum of the earth,” Razz said his lopsided grin giving it the perfect comic effect for the moment. ”Well they weren’t entirely wrong, he said winking at her. He wasn’t at all referencing to her, he wasn’t referencing to Indie either, more of the coke dealers he knew, the alcohols who were his best friends, and basically the crazy people. It wasn’t to far from the scum of the earth, but hey Razz would rather have burnouts as friends than crooked politicians, in a weird way to look at it. Just another one of Razzisms. ”How ‘bout staying forever,” he asked raising an eyebrow as he looked out across the lake. It wasn’t supposed to have come out, or at least not that way. Hell Razz Perkins and the words sentimental did not come in the same sentence, well they didn’t unless it was something along the lines of Razz Perkins is not sentimental. He glanced down at her raising one of his dark eyebrows. Then just as soon, his eyebrows scrunched to the center of his face. ”What does Indie have to do with this?” he asked, not accusing her of anything. It was just sort of weird that she had brought of his best friend. I mean he loved Indie and everything, but in a non Razz like way. Like he was sure that she had her guys and Razz had all his girls. They were just friends who happened to both be fucked up and sort of accepted outcasts at Hoffman. ”I mean I guess she’s fine. I’ll tell her you asked,” he said shrugging his shoulders just a little after she had removed her head from his jacket.

"Your parents think a lot of you....don't they?" Lexi's voice had lowered as she spoke of Razz's parents. They didn't seem like very good parents to her from Razz's description but then again, Razz could just be pissed off at them and was making up horrible things to say about them but she highly doubted he would do that. But she couldn't say much about her real father and mother. Her mother, well, her mother didn't want much of anything to do with Lexi. It was her older brother that got all the attention from her mother. And her father, she had never met him, and didn't really want to. But Calum, he was the one she counted as her father. He never left her while she was growing up, no matter how much her mother did, he didn't.
Alexis perked up at his comment at about staying forever. "What?" She was was curious to know what Razz meant but she knew she shouldn't have asked. A small sigh was released from her delicate lips as she glanced upward to Razz, noticing she had been looking down. "Uh, well, I was just wondering." Reaching up to the back of her ponytail, she tightened the band that secured her hair. Her hand came back down slowly as Razz mentioned he would tell Indigo that she had asked. Half tempted to say that, that wasn't necessary, Lexi shrugged.
Alexis didn't think all that often but what Razz had said made her brainstorm. Why don't you stay forever...what was that supposed to mean? Alexis muttered something under her breath quietly, as she flicked a lock of hair out of her vision. Her arms were not wrapped as tight around Razz anymore, seeing as she had been pondering. Who knew how the day at the park could end.

Shoot the shotgun but the war is never won Who's the enemy, who's sucking on my sun? I'm the only one left now you've taken all my fun ___________________________________ ”Oh yeah sure, they are practically sick with worry over me. The golden boy, tarnished,” Razz said although he had never in his life been haled as the golden boy. He remembered growing up in New York high society where there was always the golden boy in the process. The one who would take only the most popular girl to her coming out, the one who would get into all the right colleges and screw up in all the right places. For a while, Razz thought his mother was hoping he would be that golden boy. The one that all the girls wanted to be with and all the boys wanted to be. How could he? Once he started to mess up in school, and get in fights it was obvious that it just wasn’t going to happen. That’s where boarding school came in, where there were no golden boys among the ruff. If they were the reason they were at boarding school was because their golden crown had become tarnished just like Razz’s. ”You’re going to make me say it aren’t you?” Razz said hotly. He wasn’t mad persay it’s just that he had never done a thing like this before. He had never been in a relationship, or maybe he had been and he didn’t realize it. I mean he had never actually gotten the rule book to dating in the mail so he wasn’t sure how all of this was supposed to go. Was he actually supposed to ask or was it just assumed? Or was it after a certain number of hook ups that the girl was actually considered it off limits. It was all so complicated. That was probably why Razz had never actually dated anyone officially before, Razz was just a simple man. Lexi replied with a shrug to his comment, Razz stared down at her his eyebrows raised in amusement and shrugged in turn still keeping his arms around her.

"You make that hard to believe." Alexis knew he was being sarcastic, she felt the need to reply. Goosebumps had crawled up her arms as she stood with Razz. Her head was turned to the left to watch the water, absentmindedly. Lexi lifted her face, to looked amused by his question. "Make you say what? Razz, you lost me." Her face had lowered into a confused crunch as she thought back to what he said and repeated it over in her mind. Coming up with a simple theory, she raised her eyebrows to the fullest and had a smug grin on her face as she grinned. "Your trying to ask...me out?" Lexi was astonished she didn't begin to blush or stutter once she spoke. It was quite obvious that Razz hadn't really committed to relationships before, which was fine with Lexi to be the first.
But what worried her the most was that Razz had his way with the ladies and would not turn do a trip to the bed when he wasn't sober, girlfriend or not. There was a fifty-fifty chance if the relationship would go through all together with no complications. But Alexis had faith in Razz, being the guy he was. If he truely did want to go out with her, she had no doubt that he wouldn't cheat on her in his right mind, keyword; right mind.
Suddenly, transferring from thinking to pushing upward on her tiptoes to reach Razz's face, she stared him in the eyes for a brief moment before taking his face with both hands gently and pressing her lips against his. But Lexi broke away from the kiss to speak. "...Because, if you were, there would be no doubt i'd say yes." Her eyes were level with his and her hands were still on both sides of his face, breathing ever so lightly on his face.
ooc; xD the romantic stuff is kinda knew for me so, i'm laughing non-stop at myself.

Shoot the shotgun but the war is never won Who's the enemy, who's sucking on my sun? I'm the only one left now you've taken all my fun ___________________________________ ”Aw couldn’t you imagine me. The Prince of New York society, although I’m pretty sure they’d make me take my earring out,” Razz said wrapping one of his arms and tugging on the cross shaped earring that hung down from his left ear. He wasn’t religious at all, he had just thought it was better than putting in a diamond that was bigger than you’re entire ear in a hole the size of a pin. Razz’s stomach started to do flip flops, which didn’t happen often. Only when he was having a particularly nice trip and stayed up there for a while. This was slightly unnerving thought. ”God, you make me sound like a prick when you put it like that,” Razz said rolling his eyes and unwrapping his arms from her waist completely this time so that they were standing close but not touching. It wasn’t meant to be a mean gesture, however, Razz was afraid of his temper. Maybe the flip flops of his stomach wasn’t euphoria it was nerves. Nerves that were telling him that she wasn’t going to say yes. For various reasons that came to mind, he slept around, never went to class, and partied to hard for a regular human being. To put it all together his mind was piecing together the thought that she thought he was a shitty person. I mean he wasn’t he was just about to put together fifty reasons why he wasn’t a bad person. Although he couldn’t yet think of number one. Then he felt her hands on his face, and his hands on instinct went to her waist. His lopsided smile came back as she broke away. Then as fast as he had her in his arms, he let her go, turned away from her, and cupped his hands over his mouth. Then with all the force he could must he yelled, ”I RAZZ PERKINS AM GOING OUT WITH THE PRETTIEST GIRL IN ALL OF LONDON,” he finished taking his hands away, noticing more than a few people staring at him like he was barking mad, which would have been taken seriously. Seriously, until he turned around picked Lexi up so that her toes were touching the ground and he kissed her, his mouth enveloping hers. Then with as much force as he had started he quit, looking her in the eyes he said with the most compassion he had ever heard, ”You won’t regret this, I promise,” he whispered.
